The 75x100mm Soft IR GND is a rectangular filter specifically designed to darken certain areas of an image, such as a bright sky, while other areas remain normally and unaffectedly exposed.

Soft Transition

The filter is densest at the top and becomes lighter towards the middle, with the transition between the dense and light areas being smooth and soft. A gray filter with a soft transition is particularly useful for capturing trees, buildings, mountains, and other objects that rise high into the sky.

True-to-Life Colors

The NiSi GND filters do not affect the color rendering of the image, offer true-to-life colors, and are made from high-quality optical Schott glass with a multi-layer nano-coating to ensure the preservation of every single detail.

Infrared Coating

When using gray filters, the camera can become susceptible to infrared light, which can cause an unwanted red cast on photos at small apertures. The NiSi GND filters feature an infrared protection coating that blocks infrared light through the lens, ensuring natural, lifelike color reproduction.
